I am suffering with knees and joint pains..can I use shelcal 500mg as a suppliment..I m in menopause stage as I am using menopro with milk

U can use tablet shelcal for 1 to 3mnths.daily once after food.drink lots of water so that calcium doesnt accumulate in d kidney
