I fell from a cycle a few months back, wound is closed, but still visible on skin and still pains if something hits, what should I apply.

Hi. There's some residual scaling. Apply a moisturiser daily for now. You'll also need a retinoid based cream and a silicone based cream to reduce the scarring.
