I am suffering from knee swelling & pain from last 2.5 years..my age is 28 yrs.It takes lots of efforts to me to walk,climb stairs.I had done yoga,swimming,but no visible results.I had taken biovisc injection in my left knee too.some doctors says it's chondromalcia patella...some says arthritis..some says your knee fluid has decreased..some says u have disallignment in ur knee..in short no common points...recently I started physiotherapy too.but after taking cupping rubbing therapy I m in more p

I think you should find a good physiotherapist who will assess and treat you accordingly. Is there anything came up on X-ray? If yes, what were the findings? Have you checked up on your vitamin D levels and haemoglobin? Please revert to me to help u further.
