I think i have arthritis problem.. I am taking Dynapar tables as well as taken some steroid tablet but its temporary pain relief.

Did you get any X ray or any investigation for the same .. if so that it's ok for you to take medicine.. otherwise pls do investigations and visit an orthopaedic who will guide you.. Osteoarthritis is very uncommon at this age .. so need to do proper investigation for the same..
