ORIF done on lt. femure at distal point seven months back, and knee stiffness followed by surgery. now I cant band my lt. knee. I have also Implants on my lt. knee

Share your X-rays. Physio might help. If you already had physio - better to go for manipulation or Arthroscopic or open release of knee
