I underwent surgery cuz of ACL breakage. Now I have a streachy feeling from where light ligament was harvested , due to my job I have to lift heavy weights n that causes strain n my knee hurts n there is loss of mobility momentarily . It's been 1.4 years since the surgery . I use knee braces It is not possible for me to consult a physiotherapy now

Usually knee braces are not required after 1.4 yrs of surgery! You should get examined by your surgeon for  laxity of ligament and Quadriceps muscles power..
