Knee pain & Swelling

I had viral fever few days back & there was not much mobility during those days. After recovering I started walking 3 to 4 km in a stretch which lead to knee pain. Now the right most part of the knee has swollen, can you please advise me any home remedies & exercises.

Consult Now
U had not mentioned type of viral and it will take some days to get over viral infection completely. Check for vit d , uric acid level to rule out signs of arthritis. If your problem persist for more than month than const physiotherapist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
