There is pain in front part of knee. It makes cracking sound on movement. There is no swelling. It pains on using stairs or sitting up/getting up. Used some pain relieving aprays and heat pad but relief is short spanned. Please suggest what could be the issue and some treatment... thanks in advance...
This type of pain is usually due to tightness of the muscles located at the back side of your thighs.
Physiotherapy for stretching these muscles will help you.
