My right knee hurts everytime I play soccer. Is that a muscle pain or is there an internal injury. Plus my spine hurts alot sometimes too

If the pain is only while playing soccer and your back and knee both hurt the most common reason is that you might be having some vitamin deficiency so I would suggest to get your vitamin d3and vitamin b12 tested also knee pain could be due to some cartilage injury so that needs to be checked by X-rays and by visiting an orthopaedic doctor
