Knee pain left side (outer)

Hi, i did xray and mri as well.. there is no findings for it except minimal joint effusion. Its been more than a month that i have been suffering from knee pain on left outer side.. i have tried stretching, cold/ hot therapy, had meds as well but not improving.. one day it will be less, the next day it will be worst.. if i do any work or walk for sometime, the pain increases later at that night specially when i go to sleep. Please help :(

If there is a joint effusion it can either be an infection , can be osteomyelitis. Get your blood test done CBC , CRP , ESR .

Take proper rest, do icing twice a day, avoid sitting on floor and climbing stairs. As its joint effusion, you should consult near by physiotherapist and take proper treatment.
