WHICH ONE IS better for IDK LEFT KNEE PAIN, LONG KNEE BRACE OR KNEE CAP.PLZ SUGGEST. I am 43 year old I have pain  in my left knee while climbing stairs. WHICH ONE WILL SUIT ME LONG KNEE BRACE OR KNEE CAP.
