Knee Osteoarthritis reversal

2023-10-23 05:16:12
I had knee pain (in right leg) and visited a doctor for help. I was given some NSAID and it fixed the pain. When doctor was checking my knees, he mentioned that i had minor knee degeneration due to age. I couldn't ask him the question at that time but now I am wondering if it is possible to reverse this by any medication and/or exercises and keep the knee joint healthy for longer duration?

Everybody ages. Find out how much of your knee is damaged due to aging process and all exercise/ medications/minor surgical procedures only slow down the speed of aging process( they can never stop aging process)
