This case is clear osteoarthritis..!! There are two ways... one is straight surgery.. but as u said no for surgery,, i can consult physiotherapy.. as it gives very good result for O.A.,, and to be clear the changes happened in ur knee joint considering ur age will not be normal again... as they are natural changes in ur body.. but,, yes through physio u can control the pain n ur daily activities smoothly.!! And ofcousre 20mins morning walk with open knees in 7:30-8:00am sunrays.!! Thanku
