Got knee stiffness 1yr back. Got ivf(referred by Physio) - condr. patella . It got worse, wasn't able to stand. Did exercise continuously, no change. Got consulted with another ortho, he gave medicines, got better. He expired. Health checkup showed high uric acid (9). Checked with another ortho. Now (4.6), still weak.

Really scary to answer ur question because orthopaedicians whom u consult expire.. Jokes apart.. Need to grade the chondromalacia patella before treating..
