Having knee joint pain while doing routine activities. Sprain/strain also felt during walking upstairs nd downstairs..

You are just 24 years old .Please get your blood tests done (calcium ,Vit D3 levels ,uric acid ) etc .If persistent pain is there ,X-ray of knee joints will be required .Please avoid strenuous exercises .
