Sir on my MRI of right knee there is ACL tear did not mention there is written. But doctors are saying that i am having ACL tear some time it not comes in one MRI so after 2-3 month if there is no benefit then there will be surgery sir what should i do

clinical examination is more important than MRI. if clinically there is a instability then u should go for surgery no matter what MRI reports
