My leg twisted 2 months ago while I was playing cricket and batting I just fell down after sprained. I went to doctor and MRI done but knee still is not healthy after taking medicine. In MRI the impression was mild synovial fluid with contusion in latrral femoral condyle. It's been a month since taking medicine. What should I do

It should have healed considerably by now. But if it has not done then get a regenerative treatment like prolotherapy or PRP to the knee. Oral medicines will not work.
Next Steps
consult a doctor who does prolotherapy with ultrasound guidance. increase the dose of vitamin d3 if it is too low.
Health Tips
don't delay taking a proper treatment for such an important part like the knee
