Knee injury.

I was playing football today evening when at around 7:30pm I had a twitch in my knee when my opponent shot the ball. It's like anterior cruciate ligament injury but it was side ways. My right inner knee(side of knee which touches another knee while sitting) hurts during certain movements and some of my motions are restricted. What should I do?
