(age 11 years) injured his knee day before yesterday I had cleaned the would and applied betadine..but today he has caught mild fever..(100)...I have given him crocin but jus wanted to ask if I should try to find some doctor immediately or wait?

Yes you should try to visit an orthopadician asap. Wound infection can lead to sepsis and osteomyelitis. Needs antibiotics and proper wound care.
