As per your MRI report this is a severe injury.
Partial ACL tear can be rehabilitated. If you have been recommended to go for ACL reconstruction surgery please avoid it.
If this is a recent injury then you are in maximum protection phase of healing.
Ice your knee 20mins every 2 hours for a week.
Conservative ACL rehabilitation needs 12-16 weeks of progressive rehab training.
5.8ft 96kg is Obese.
Start doing swimming/stationery cycling.
If you don't lose weight for the sake of your knee your prognosis will be limited.

Consult a Physiotherapist for early (ROM)range of movement exercises and quadriceps, & Hamstrings activation exercises
