Dont worry at all regarding this knee muscle problem...it is a minor one...but to understand the problem better could you tell me the following....
1)Your height and weight
2)Your occoupation
3)habits like smoking/drinking/tobacco if any?
4)physical activity in your daily time table.

A few basic supplement and tailormade exercise regime would set you right.
