My Knee MRI conclusion : status traumatic showing: complex shaped structure line involving the mid and the lateral tibial plateau extending to the postro-lateral surface with avulsion fracture segment of the bony tibial attachment of the ACL ligament fragment and few small loose bodies for clinical correlation & follow up. Patchy focal areas of trabecular bone marrow injury involving the proximal tibial plateau and lateral condyle. Grade Ia mucoid degeneration of the poster
