Kitten has constipation

My friend rescued this kitten few days ago.. the major problem is that this kitten is facing constipation and not passing urine as well..plz suggest some medicine to make him better.. his age seems to be 1 month maybe so plz suggest safe medicine

Kitten looks too weak and feels like he has digestive issues as well. He will need see a vet for the further evaluation of urine issue

If it is only constipation, then it can be managed with diet and some additional medications, but not passing urine indicates there must be some other serious issues. We need to check the kitten before going for medications. Kindly get her checked.
