I haven't taken any analgesics or any other medicine, my diet is also normal, but not as active as I should be. Will taking ppI solve the issue. Hope it is not pancreatitis or something to do with the spleen.

You are  15 years old.  Please don't think of huge diagnosis like "Pancreatitis or something ". Please tell your symptoms and consult with a General Physician in your area.  A physical examination will be worthwhile.
