Avoid Caffeine as a pre-workout meal. Instead you can have a Fruit or you can have bottle gourd juice prior to your workouts (10-15 mins prior)

Hello! You can take the ‘lauki ka juice’ along with breakfast, or as a snack between lunch and dinner. Avoid taking it around your work out time as it will be too much fluid and can cause heaviness and lower workout efficacy. Taking the juice with breakfast or as a snack will keep you fuller for longer and prevent intake of high carb-high fat snacks and meals.
Health Tips
Try to cut down on caffeine , whey and glutamine and stick to more natural pre/ post workout supplements like nuts, bananas, peanut butter, black coffee, green tea etc
