Hi I'm having a bubble kind in my neck behind right ear... And it's inside the skin.. Not sure as to what it is.

Looks like 'Post auricular lymphadenitis'..infection of a lymph node behind ears... Get yourself checked, hv to take antibiotics if infective(mostly) or get removed. Look for seborrhoea, any infection in roots of hair over the back of head too..if so get treated.
