Sir recently my bp get sudden high 164/106 then then I visited to cardiologist my echo tmt was normal he gives me lodoz 5 mg placida 10 and nexitoplus 5 mg now my bp fluctuate but stable..Then some one told me to test creatinine coz I have family history of kidney disease my creatinine was 1.29 and urni ra test also normal do I need further test or not?
You need to undergo spot urine protein/creatinine ratio test.
USG abdomen and then consult a Nephrologist
