What is best for removing kidney stones laser or surgery? he had done laser past two years but again now there is stone. could it be that laser treatment is not clearing the stones as much in sugery? so which method is best?

Open stone surgery is not done these days. Laser is the best modality for stone fragmentation. Stones can recur even after complete clearance. It’s not because of laser
