Hi there I understand your concern... Size of the stones are quite high conservative management will not work for him....surgery is necessary....Stones that are 7 mm and larger are unlikely to pass spontaneously and require some type of surgical procedure, such as the following: Stent placement, Percutaneous nephrostomy, Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy, Ureteroscopy, Percutaneous nephrostolithotomy, Open nephrostomy, since he is heart patient he needs to be evaluated before choosing the surgical method and anaesthetic fitness has to be given.... Consult nearest urologist they will help you further.

Hi....., As your kidney stones are big, you may need intervention... This could include: extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), open surgery.....The type of treatment you have will depend on the size and location of your stones.  Most kidney stones will be small enough (no more than 4mm or 0.2in in diameter) to be passed out in your urine. It may be possible to treat these at home....
