Kidney stones in both kidneys

Hi doctor , I am having multiple kidney stones in both the kidney largest measuring 3mm and 4mm in the left and right kidney respectively. I am struggling with this since a year and it's very painful. What do I do to get rid of these as early as possible . please suggest

3 and 4 mm stones in kidney won’t cause that severe pain. Get a CT KUb to rule out any ureteric calculus or any other cause for pain. RIRS is the best procedure to clear off these kinda stones. Take adequate fluids
