From 1 week iam suffering from kidney stone problem.   4 years ago I had same problem but this time Iam having only one stone in right kidney that too 6 mm

Stones may also pass spontaneously. They could also get stuck in ureter while passing out. That causes pain. Symptomatic relief  can be had with NSAIDs like combiflam or voveran. Is the pain on right side itself
