I have been diagnosed with kidney stone. Impression as below: RIGHT LOWER URETERIC CALCULUS WITH HYDRONEPHROSIS SIZE : 4mm. RIGHT RENAL CALCULI. SIZE : 4mm, 5mm. Could you please advise, what type of treatement i should go. Is it possible to dissolve these stones.

These stones can be cleared with medication. You need to take aqequate fluids. Also an alpha blocker can be added to relax ureteric orifice and bladder neck. Anti spasmodic can be taken till pain subsides. We can wait till 1 month. If the stone is persisting or causing repeated pain, URS can done to clear stones.
