Left upper ureter is dilated and shows an echogenic calculus (app. 8.2mm) in the upper third. Right kidney shows an echogenic calculus (app. 5.5 mm) in the inferior calyx .

Left side stone is the problem. 8.2mm stone may not pass off with medication. Best option is to get URS with stone fragmentation and put DJ stent. For the right side medication can be tried. Even RIRS can be done in the same sitting.
