Hello Nikunj. The stones in your kidney need only medication to prevent stone growth (Syp k Cit 2 tsp TDS for 3 months) The stone in your left ureter needs active intervention. How long have you been taking tamsulosin? If the atone has not passed after 2 weeks of tamsulosin you will need surgery. If it has been less than 2 weeks then continue tamsulosin and add tab deflazacort 30mg hs to it.
