I have stone in my kidney that is 6mm ....will it pass through or should I go for operation..

Hello, Kidney stones occur mainly because of dehydration. Pay attention to the colour of your urine. It should be a very light, pale yellow. Dark yellow urine is a sign of dehydration. So basically staying hydrated is the key.

Mostly it should..still depends on location of stone...have plenty of fluids..take syrup potrate MB6 two teaspoons three times a day for five days....
