I have found a tine calculas 0.37 cm in mid upper pollar of my Right kidney. what to do? Please help me

Calculus of 3.7 mm usually doesn't cause significant symptoms.u need not worry about that if that is the only stone. But if u have severe pain get a c t scan done to see any stones in ureter. That small stone usually pass out with optimum water intake. Follow it up with next scan after 6 months
