My mother has kidney stone surgery thrice Now she start feeling pain in her right kidney again She is also suffering from osteoarthritis. Please suggest how to improve her medical condition.

If the stone remains in the kidney, it's unlikely that it is the cause of pain. Most likely that she got a stone in the ureter, so get a plain CT scan of the KUB region. That would tell us about the reason for Pain.
