Hi, my wife is carrying 29 weeks old baby, we took a scan and report shows that the kidney size is 3.7 whereas the normal baby should have around 3. Is it abnormal?

Just keep close follow up. Nothing much to worry off. Echogenicity of kidney also needs to be seen only size doesn't have much significance. Next time when you get USG done then please tell the radiologist to see for the echogenicity

Kidney function is more important than its size.. If no other anomaly, fluid around baby is fine, if baby doing well then u need not to worry about.. Just follow pregnancy and more importantly follow neonatal period of baby after delivery..
