I have done ultrasound in that both kidneys are functioning but right kidney is 80MM and 10 mm thick left kidney is normal 110mm and 14 mm thick and also I have done blood creatinine test it is also normal 1.0 dg/ML and I have done urine routine it's normal except pus cell, epithelial cell 3-4 and urine culture is also normal no infection from bacteria, but still I feel burning sensation after urination for something it's goes off but again comes back after urination. Please suggest some solutions for it. I have attached ultrasound and urine routine report
