Hi, My father had an abdomen pain and upon scanning, he was diagnosed with mild fullness in pelvicalycean system. Could you advise. I had attached report,. Is there anything to worry or it should be OK on madication? Thanks Narender

Where exactly d pain was? Need more information. Get serum creatinine done. Is he having any urinary complaints or not?
