Two small bright exogenic structures (less than 03mm) casting acoustic shadow are noted in the right kidney & a small cortical cyst, measuring 11mm*11mm is noted in the left kidney. What can I do ? Please help me ..

Exogenic structure could be a stone...are you symptomatic?size is very small....and for cyst nothing urgent is required..
