My father has kidney stone problems.. Two stone are in the left kidney. They are 8.4mm and 9.1 mm in size and the another stone is in ureter. It's measures 10 mm.As a result infection was spread. cretinine serum level and tc blood count also increased due to infection. Creatinine level is 4.2 and blood tc is over 20000.so what should I do?

First he should be started on IV antibiotics. Then he will need DJ stenting. Only then his creatinine and counts will come down. Once he stabilises be will need to undergo definitive management for stones. Has CT KUB been done? It is essential before treatment plan is worked out. If he is diabetic it needs to be controlled well.
