hello there. the MRI shows a mass lesion in the kidney that means some unknown growth of some structure is happening in the kidney. kindly take the treatment and get yourself checked by going ahead with a FNAC or a trucut biopsy so that we can make out what kind of a mass lesion it is. consult your urologist for further help. regards
