Kidney pain, urine was diluted at doctor

I thought that I had a UTI but now I'm not sure my kidneys ache and it still hurts to urinate and when I went to the doctors they said my urine was really diluted. I don't drink water like I should so I know it can't be from drinking a lot of water. What could be wrong?

please get an ultrasound whole abdomen to rule out any kidney stone, also share with me the urine and other reports to make the right diagnosis
