Kidney failure?

My father's GMR(ml/min) for left kidney is 6.12 and for right now is 33.67 and creatinine level is 1.44 and report says left kidney non functional He has multiple stones in left kidney with largest of size 15mm. Any option to increase efficiency of left kidney No diabetes Suffering from blood pressure Please give opinion

Ideally you have to visit, me with the reports if any, and only after examining the patient and investigations an opinion(honest) can be given
