Doctor informed salt in kidney to do dialysis...he have blood pressure ...is t serious...if one time done continuously have to do ?

It depends on the renal function test results, if there is swelling in the kidneys, then treating the condition would help in recovery. If it's because of renal parenchymal disease, then the renal failure might progress and may need hemodialysis to maintain his renal function
