Hi! My question is can adapalene and clindamycin phosphate gel can be used for keratosis pilaris?? I have it on my whole arm. And If yes how to apply it?? Should I apply it directly ?? Also I have shown myself to a dermatologist he wrote some medicine on the prescription I am unable to read the name ..is it the same adapalene gel ?? Can anyone confirm it? I am unable to read the the medicine written on the top ,the first one. Plzz help.

Theyve written Acne vulgaris first... -Confirm with your Dermatologist regarding the medications mentioned. - Retinoids like adapalene do help in KP, but they re not preferred for long term use.. there are safer options
