RGP or RoseK or Miniscleral contact lenses are definitely good options for visual rehabilitation and take care of symptoms like glare halos.
C3R should be definitely considered depending upon age and corneal topography parameters. But if stable can be observed.
Intacs are good option if u don't want specs or not able to tolerate contact lenses.
Corneal transplant is d last option if there is any scarring in visual axis and is affecting vision.
