My daughter is diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. We monitor her sugar levels and give insulin as per requirement. I wish to know if it is curable or not. Also,can transplant of pancreas make her diabetes free ?

Usually it will be Type 1 diabetes. Needs insulin. You can go for transplant also from a good institute.
