Rip ma'am !

Society will not improve. It is 16 years since doctors have been under Consumer protection Act. I am sure at least 16 lac cases must have been registered against Doctors, at least 25000 Doctors would have been lynched by mobs but not a single person from unruly mobs booked under any Section of IPC. Such are the ways of the Society ( that includes Politicians, Bureaucrats, and Judiciary : the three Pillars of Democracy responsible for providing security to life and property of all citizens of the Country, including Doctors). On the other hand all these Pillars of Democracy feel vicarious pleasure in demonising doctors. They will not mind giving reasons as to why doctor was killed or forced to commit suicide. We , the Doctors,  have to improve ourselves. Don't go out of the way to help a patient who is critical. If he survives , everyone will say, "It was your duty". If he doesn't survive, well, the mob will kill you and all Pillars of Democracy will shed crocodile tears. Jai Hind.

નોંધ : આ ત્રણેય કેસ એક દમ સત્ય ઘટના છે ..દર્દી ના નામ અને નંબર પણ મારી પાસે છે .. આમાં કોઈ અતિશયોક્તિ નથી.. Case - 1 એક દર્દી ને લગ્ન ના 3 વર્ષ પછી ઘણી મુશ્કેલી પછી પ્રેગનેન્સી રહી.. અચાનક 2 મહિને લોહી શરૂ થઈ જતાં તે હોસ્પીટલ દોડી ગયા.. હોસ્પીટલ પર સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ ( gynecologist ) હાજર ન હતા અને emergency માં પણ મળી શકે એમ ન હોય મેડિકલ ઓફિસર એ તપાસ કરી વિટામિન ની દવાઓ લખી આપી અને સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ ની appointment લેવા કહ્યું જે બીજા દિવસે સાંજ ની મળી..  ત્યાં સુધી થોડું થોડું લોહી ચાલુ રહ્યું જો વધુ લોહી પડે તો ફરી બતાવવા માટે કહી દર્દી ને ઘરે મોકલી દેવાયા.. બીજા દિવસે સાંજે સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ ની મુલાકાત લેતા એમને સોનોગ્રાફી કરી કહ્યું  વિટામિન ની દવા ચાલુ રાખો.. દર્દી એ પૂછ્યું કે સાહેબ ઠંડક ની દવા કે ઈન્જેકશન ની જરૂર હોય તો લખી આપો અમારે કસુવાવડ નું જોખમ નથી લેવું પણ ડોક્ટર એ કીધું જેટલું કહ્યું એટલું કરો... દર્દી એ પૂછ્યું કસુવાવડ થઈ જશે કે કેમ? તો ડોક્ટર એ કીધું ૧૫ દિવસ પછી આવજો ત્યારે ખબર પડશે.. ખાલી વિટામિન ની ગોળીઓ લઈ દર્દી ઘરે આવ્યું . ૫ દિવસ પછી વધુ લોહી જતા દવાખાને ગયા તો ડોક્ટર એ કીધું કસુવાવડ થઈ ગઈ છે અને ક્યુરેટિંગ કરવું પડશે ... Case 2- એક દર્દી ને દોઢ મહિના ની પ્રેગ્નન્સી જોડે થાઇરોઇડ ની તકલીફ હતી એટલે પ્રેગનેન્સી ટેસ્ટ પોઝિટિવ આવતા તરત હોસ્પીટલ પર ગયા જ્યાં ફેમિલી ડોક્ટર એ તપાસ કરી અને લોહી ના રિપોર્ટ તથા સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ નો રેફેરન્સ લખી આપ્યો... Long wekend હોય શુક્રવારે તપાસ કરાવવા ગયેલ દ્દર્દી ને છેક મંગળવાર ની તારીખ મળી રિપોર્ટ માટે અને એ રિપોર્ટ આવી જાય પછી એકાદ અઠવાડિયા પછી સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ ની appointment મળશે એવું કહેવામાં આવ્યું.. શનિવારે દર્દી ને માસિક નો ડાઘ પડતા ગભાયેલ દર્દી હોસ્પીટલ પર ગયા તો એવો જવાબ મળ્યો કે આ કોઈ emergency ના કેવાય એટલે રિપોર્ટ થઈ જાય પછી આવો.. રવિવારે વધારે માસિક આવતા દર્દી સમજી ગયેલ કે કસુવાવડ થઈ ગઈ હસે.. મંગળવારે તારીખ મુજબ રિપોર્ટ કરાવી ફેમિલી ડોક્ટર પાસે જતા જવાબ મળ્યો કે કસુવાવડ થઈ ગઈ છે.. Case -3 એક દર્દી ને બે મહિના હોય રાત્રે 3 વાગે માસિક નો ડાઘ પડતા હોસ્પીટલ પર જતા ત્યાં સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ તાત્કાલીક આવી સોનોગ્રાફી પણ કરી જરૂરી લોહી ના રિપોર્ટ મોકલી સારવાર ચાલુ કરી..  સવારે 8 વાગ્યા સુધી માં લોહી ના રિપોર્ટ પણ આવી ગયા અને ડોક્ટર એ ફરી 9 વાગે આવી સોનોગ્રાફી કરી... દર્દી એ કહ્યું બાળક સારું હોય લોહી બંધ થઈ ગયું હોય હવે રજા આપી દો .. ડોક્ટર ની ઈચ્છા ના હોવા છતાં પણ દર્દી ની ઈચ્છા ને માન આપી જરૂરી દવાઓ  લખી આપી જરૂરી સાવચેતી માટે સમજાવી ઘરે મોકલ્યા..  દર્દી ને હજુ શંકા હોય second opinion માટે એક દાદર ઉતરી નીચેના માળ પર આવેલ બીજા એક સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ ને બતાવ્યું...એમને પણ સોનોગ્રાફી કરી દર્દી ને બધું સારું છે એમ કહેતા રાતે 3 વાગે હોસ્પીટલ ગયેલ દર્દી બપોરે 12 વાગતા સુધી માં બધા રિપોર્ટ તેમજ સારવાર કરાવી બે સ્ત્રી રોગ વિશેષજ્ઞ નો opinion લઈ એક દમ નિશ્ચિંત થઈ ઘરે પરત ફર્યું... આટલું વાચવા બદલ આપનો આભાર.. શું તમે guess કરી શકો કે આ ત્રણેય કેસ ક્યાં બનેલા છે!!????? Case -1 ==== Hongkong Case -2====  Canada Case -3==== 🇮🇳 So, plz be thankful to privileges you r getting in healthcare sector and don't misuse it.. Today, I got shocked by watching news about gynecologist did Suicide because of harrasment (by goons and media and police) after known medical complication.. We are creating the environment which is not good for our healthcare system.. TRUST and FAITH are two basic pillars of our healthcare system which has started lossing now a days.. Pure professionalism like developed countries will give you healthcare system like case 1 and 2... #RIPdrarchnaSharma#
